A dramatic and stunning home built in the early 1920’s; this elegant River Oaks home has aged gracefully over the years.  The architecture and building materials that were used during that era is remarkable.  However, with many historical properties, time does take its’ toll.  In this case, the original galvanized potable plumbing system was experiencing localized corrosion or as it is mostly commonly known or referred to:  “pinhole leaks”.

Description:
A San Antonio vintage homeowner with “state of the art” galvanized piping for its day, was in desperate need of pipe restoration. The homeowner’s drinking water showed high iron content and measurable levels of lead. After the ACE DuraFlo® pipe restoration process was completed; a water sample was rushed to the lab for another analysis. There was no iron content and the lead had been reduced to below measurable levels.
