Swiney Park is a City of Houston public recreation park targeted for renovation. The Park was undergoing scheduled renovations when contractors discovered the failing sewer drain line. The general contractor, Stuart Builders, required an alternative repair solution to complete this project on time and on budget. They contacted TDT Plumbing regarding their pipe restoration technologies, specifically to inquire into the ACE Duraflo® “Trenchless” Pipe Restoration Process.

The San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site holds a significant responsibility to preserve the proud history of the State of Texas and the United States. The famous Battle of San Jacinto that brought Texas its independence was fought on this site.  The Monument's sanitary sewer system was failing ,waste backups and blockages where occurring with greater frequency.  This presented a potential serious health and environmental problem for staff and to hundreds of daily visitors.
