Admiral Farragut Academy is the only Honor Naval
Academy in the United States. The 80-year old facility was experiencing system-wide
plumbing failures in the hot and cold potable lines. Pinhole
leaks, low water pressure and discolored water were all
rampant.

Byzantine Chapel
|
Houston, TX
The Problem:
Special concern for maintaining the original integrity of the pool
and its encasements is a primary concern for the Menil Foundation.
Though no current problems existed with the pool’s plumbing
infrastructure, future plumbing failure would be extremely costly
and would risk the debasement of its beauty and integrity,
particularly of its black bottom. |

 |
ROTHKO CHAPEL |
Houston, TX
The Problem:
Extensive renovations were performed on the chapel approximately
four years ago, resulting in a leak on the a/c condensate line. This
leak caused water damage to the custom-plastered wall finish.
Replacement of the pipe within the walls was cost prohibitive and
would seriously interrupt the meditation of the visiting patrons.
