One California Plaza  |  Los Angeles, CA

The Problem:

Heights Medical Tower  |  Houston, TX

The Problem:
The main natural gas supply line from the City meter to the building’s basement area was showing signs of internal corrosion, a common problem with natural gas supply lines. Using traditional pipe replacement techniques would have meant that the patient drop-off and parking areas would have been placed out of service and worse yet would have been cut up to install a new gas line.

City of Houston Police Department  |  Houston, TX

The Problem:
A run of approximately 220 linear feet of natural gas line running beneath the driveway to the maintenance garage was isolated. The pipe was a 2-inch, iron pipe gas line that ran directly between the fuel center, Municipal Courts building, HPD parking facility and motor pool garage at the Houston Police Department’s main headquarters.
