The Problem:
Rice University was founded in 1891 by Houston entrepreneur William
Marsh Rice and held its first classes in 1912. Currently, the university
is actively involved in collaborative research programs with the
Johnson Space Center (NASA), the Med Center, and Houston’s
energy and technology industries.

The Problem:
The dorm’s main sanitation drain line had completely failed. The
6” sanitation line began at Baker College dorm and continued under
the dorm’s parking lot.

Young Elementary School |
Houston, TX
The Problem:
Young Elementary School was experiencing severe sewer drain
blockage causing sanitation concerns throughout the school. The
drain line ran under the school building, grounds and a paved road.
The main exit was a 6” concrete line tying to a manhole across the
paved road.

Building |

The Problem:
Rice University maintenance personnel observed that leaks in the
Geology Building occurred each time it rained. The leaks originated
from the roof fro where water drained into the 3rd floor main
restroom, flooding it instantly.

Spring, TX
The Problem:
Just four weeks after construction was complete, the church began
experiencing problems with air bubbles in the baptismal, which was
constructed with imported glass tiles. A leak on the return line to
the mechanical room was confirmed.
